What kind of artwork formats do we accept ?
We accept High Res PDFs, with 3mm bleed and trim marks, Quark and In-Design files with all fonts and pictures included, Ms Word and
Publisher files.
If the artwork is not supplied correctly, a charge may be made for time spent correcting it. You will be advised in advance.
What are the delivery times ?
Delivery will be 1 - 2 working days from the approval of your proof.
unless you chose free delivery, which will be 3 - 5 working days
How do I order?
To order simply, click on the price of your selected product, choose any optional extras, the make your way to the checkout, where you will have to enter your details for delivery and payment.
I like the prices but I require you to design my artwork, how long will it take for my proofs and for the print to be delivered?
Proofs will be emailed within 24 hours and we will wait for your approval before printing.
Delivery will be 1 - 2 working days from the approval of your proof.

I have used other printers in the past the quality left alot to be desired how can I be sure your quality is up to standard?
We have all the latest printing equipment which will provide you with a commercially acceptable printed job.
I like your prices but would like a different stock (paper) is this possible?

What are "Print Ready Files" can you explain?
A Print Ready file is artwork that has been checked for colour and content with trim marks and 3mm bleed. Which allows us to print without altering the artwork in any way.
What is CMYK?
CMYK are the colours we use to print full colour pictures etc.
Cyan, Magenta Yellow and Black

What if I miss the delivery of my printing package?
Your printed job will be delivered again the next working day or can be collected from a local couriers depot.
Is your packaging branded ?
No, all packaging will be plain except from Address Labels which may contain our sending address.
What payment methods do you accept?
Paypal - which you can use Credit or debit cards. No Paypal account is required to pay using this service.
